If you like how we work from our first chat we will book you in to have an assessment with one of our coaches. This will look further into your goals, nutrition, exercise & movement patterns. These sessions can be done in person or over a video call.

The Body Intensive Trainer Personal Training Cornwall service was set up by Rob Webb and Ali Phesse when they founded iDailyWorkOut Ltd in 2012 with the aim of helping people to reach their health and fitness goals. It is their passion to do this that has established them as leading experts in body transformation and health and fitness.
Rob and Ali have featured in many publications including Runners World for the running retreats that they provide in Spain, Trail Running magazine as Strength and Conditioning experts to help runners improve their body composition and reduce their risk of injury. They are also regularly featured in Swimming Times and Triathlon magazine T220 in their expert advice sections.

Just sending my thanks to the key people who have helped me to achieve my longstanding goal of recording a sub 3.30 marathon.

I won a place on your 12 week Online Perfermance Programme from the competetion at the Tri Expo in Manchester. What a difference it has made to my training and competeing!
As a Triathlete have never felt stronger going into a race session.
The workouts have been easy to follow and your coaching points have really help me to understand why I am doing what I am doing.
I had an unfortunate accident while skiing last February resulting in rupture of my anterior cruciate ligament. This resulted in 2 operations and 8-9 months off my bike, a gain in fat and loss of strength.
I decided I needed to build up some strength and got in touch with Rob.
I started an online strength & conditioning and nutrition programme with Rob. His attention to detail resulted in me gaining strength and getting back on my bike a month later!
I now had 2 months to get stronger and fitter as I had entered the World 24TT in California.
Rob provided me with a detailed strength programme and analysed my nutrition. He was always available for advice and to change the programme as necessary.
As a result I got to California and raced!
I achieved 347 miles and was 5th lady and second in my age group.
I could not have achieved this without Rob's input and would not hesitate to recommend him for strength, conditioning and nutritional advice.
I first met Rob 2 years ago when I was recovering from an injury to my knee after attempting the 3 peak challenge.
I have been a swimmer since I was very young, but even when I was at what I thought was the peak of my swimming career I would never get below 30 second on 50 meter Breastroke.
After a consultation with Rob we embarked on a remote coaching programme.
After a few weeks I could feel my body getting stronger, after 6 weeks I was seeing some great changes in my physique and that my clothes were getting baggy in all the right places.
We have worked together towards my goal of sub 30 seconds and I am proud to say that I have now set that new lifetime best - something that I never did even when I was trying out for the Olympics aged 19. I have since completed at the European and World Masters swimming competitions.
I feel fitter and stronger that ever before!
